POLYCLINIC RULES

>>In our hospital, no transactions are made without an identity card in accordance with the legislation. Please do not put the staff in a difficult situation. (Examination, getting results, examination, etc.)
>>Our hospital's polyclinics serve between 8.30-12.00 / 13.30-16.30.
>>The hospital is ours. Patients and companions should act with this awareness. It is important for all patients and their relatives to comply with the hospital rules in order to receive better quality service.
>>Please be quiet inside the hospital. It is requested that the rights of other patients, their relatives and hospital staff be respected.
>>During all procedures, only one relative of the patient can be present in cases where there is no medical problem.
>>Due to patient responsibilities; The patients and their relatives have to cover the damages they cause to the hospital equipment.
>>"PRIORITY CIRCULAR" numbered 2010/73-80 is implemented in our hospital. In accordance with the provisions of the circular;


>>“EMERGENCY CASE (Patients Examined by the Emergency Department Physician and Referred to the Specialist Urgently),
>>DISABLED,
>>PREGNANTS,
>>ELDERLY OVER 65,
>>CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS OLD,
>>Widows and Orphans of Martyrs of War and Duty, and DISABLED and VETERANS have priority in polyclinic examinations so as not to disrupt the general service.

>>In our hospital, “DOCTOR SELECTION DIRECTIVE” is applied. Except for emergency services and emergencies, you can be examined by any doctor you want.
>>If you have an MHRS (Central Physician Appointment System (182)) appointment; Please be ready at the hospital 15 minutes before the appointment time.
>>If you are late for your appointment; You can be called again in the first half hour, according to the density of the polyclinic. DELAYS EXCEEDING A HALF-HOUR WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
>>You can be called again within half an hour from the first call time, DEPENDING ON THE INTENSITY STATUS OF THE POLYCLINIC. DELAYS EXCEEDING HALF AN HOUR MUST BE TAKEN AGAIN.
>>If you are not a patient with an appointment, on the patient follow-up screens in the outpatient clinics; Since the names of priority patients (MHRS Patients and Patients in the Scope of Priority Circular) will be reflected on the screen with priority, you may have difficulty following your name on the screen. Take care to make an MHRS appointment to be examined so that you do not experience victimization.
>>Patients (except for vital necessity) and their relatives, who do not comply with the hospital regulations and provisions, deliberately damage the building, equipment, goods, ignore the warnings, and cause complaints and discomfort of other patients, can be dismissed from the institution with the approval of the physician and chief physician.
>>According to PATIENT RIGHTS REGULATION ARTICLE 42/A; Patients and their relatives cannot behave verbally or physically against the personnel.
>>You can leave your suggestions, thanks and complaints in the boxes on the polyclinic and service floors of our hospital or by clicking here.
